Message of May 24 was received, stating the Governor signed the                
following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to            
the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                         
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 374                                                           
"An Act extending the period of regulation of                                 
material sites used for timber operations under the                            
Forest Practices Act and extending a corresponding                             
exemption from provisions regulating mining
